I waited for more than 45 minutes after finishing my check-up, and I was only attended to after a long delay. Patients come to the clinic to get treatment, but here they are being made to wait unnecessarily even just to check out. During this time, the reception staff did not seem to care about the patients waiting. Many of us were sitting for a long time while the staff were busy talking among themselves and not responding to anyone. We also noticed a patient who appeared to be familiar to the receptionist, and he was allowed to check out immediately while others continued waiting. This kind of partiality is unfair and unacceptable. The management should take immediate action regarding this behaviour and ensure that all patients are treated equally and professionally.

Dr.Irshad at Prime Medical is an amazing GP! Most doctors are in a hurry, but Dr.Irshad takes his time to under the case. He is so patient, with a keen ear to listen and understand the patient. He has always carried out thorough investigations, and does his best to not over medicate, which I appreciate especially for my kids. His concern for his patients is genuine and deep. I had a first time time appointment with Dr Vibha, OB/GYN, a few weeks ago and honestly I am impressed with the care given at the clinic. Doctor explained the plan in details and my expectations were addressed well. Dr Vibha’s nurse is so gentle and gives clear instruction and guidance. Emails regarding my lab tests approval were sent promptly after I left the hospital and I received multiple calls from radiology for booking , when I missed it unintentionally initially. I loved the thorough person centered care and the fact that at no point in my journey did I feel left behind or lost as to what is the next step. Also loved the convenience of the lab, as I could come to give my sample before work at 7 AM as lab is open for 24 HRs and absolutely loved that I was notified about their timings clearly via email. Truly convenient care that makes me want to visit this clinic again.

I visited Prime Medical Center in Motor City for an inguinal hernia consultation with Dr. Mohammad Merajuddin. From the very first appointment, he clearly explained all the available treatment options with professionalism, patience, and kindness. The surgery was performed successfully in the morning, and thanks to God, my recovery was remarkably fast. In fact, later that same afternoon, there were moments when I experienced no pain at all. My experience with the dermatologist was disappointing. My issue was very minor: an old small skin bump on my face that was barely visible to the naked eye. During the first visit, she described Fucidin cream for one week. At the second visit, she said one week was not enough and prescribed another week with a different cream. By the third visit, the problem was still not resolved, and I was told that I would need a fourth visit just to remove this tiny skin bump. The problem is not the travel or even paying consultation fees every time. The bigger issue, with all due respect to doctors and hospitals, is that they often act as though they are the only people whose work and time have value, while patients apparently have nothing else to do and their time is worthless. At every visit, you are expected to wait nearly an hour, whether you arrive early or exactly on time. To make matters worse, after waiting another 20 minutes outside the doctor’s office, you may discover that she has been inside all along and does not even have another patient. Before your medical knowledge and expertise, please remember to respect people and show consideration for them. In the past, doctors were called «wise men» because wisdom was considered just as important as knowledge.

I visited Prime medical Motor City today for my ongoing cough and fever. Wasn’t able to go to my usual doctor in Al Barsha. I had an appointment with Dr Sabeen which I haven’t dealt before and had a pleasant surprise in dealing with her. I gave 3 yellow stars because the medical clinic smells really pleasant when we enter, which gives a very good first impression. However, the only thing I noticed during our first visit was the lack of signage from the lift to the clinic. The management should consider putting a visible logo or directional sign so first time visitors can easily find the clinic, as we found it a bit difficult to locate the exact clinic without proper signage. Also, when we entered the clinic, the first area we saw was the nursing station instead of the reception, which was a bit confusing for new visitors and when we entered the clinic, no one was at the nursing station, so we waited for someone to assist us because we were not sure if there was a reception area. The reception area was not immediately visible, which was a bit confusing for new patients. We also suggest that the staff should be attentive at all times and greet patients from the reception to the nursing station so patients feel welcomed and assisted right away. My son’s doctor was great, and I can definitely recommend him. We found him very pleasant to talk to, and he made us feel comfortable during the consultation. 2 gray stars for the lack of directional sign and staffs not fully attentive)
