Had an incredible experience, It’s easily the most advanced medical center I’ve visited. Everything is perfectly automated from the seamless check-in at the smart kiosks to the efficient blood sample rooms. The highlight was definitely the robotic cafe; it’s a great touch that makes the wait feel like a premium experience. The staff is professional and the whole process is lightning fast. Great work to the team!

For someone who is scared of blood tests (me), I had a great experience at Salem. Greeted by Tarek, he was able to guide me through the entire process, did all the registration, and made the experience seamless. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing bloods taken. Definitely one of the best blood taking experiences.
