Daikin Air Conditioning LLC

The air conditioners are powerful and the brand is reputable and well-known. However, the after-sales service is poor, maintenance support is slow, and spare parts are often difficult to obtain. The product itself is good, but the customer service and parts availability need significant improvement.

customer service zero. buy their brand and you will be in a loop with unprofessional dealers and service centers. the management is always unreachable. hiding somewhere in freezone without direct call possibility.

One of the worse experiences getting them to follow up on defects … their site teams in Tilal Al Ghaf are totally unprofessional, don’t respond, not complete tasks and do not have ethics. Any major project in UAE should think twice before giving them any large contract.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst AC company ever. We moved to recent new house that is 1 year and 2 months old. Private villa, our own build. And all the ACs in house dont cool properly and its middle of Dubai heat and summer. Called many times and they never fix the issue properly. Every night I wake up disturbed sweating in my room. I put the AC 21 degrees and it shows the room maximum to 24 degrees is cooled. Horrible horrible! It’s so upsetting because it seems there’s no solution. I would never ever recommend this company for home ACs. They tricked us and we have been deceived. Look at their other reviews, same comments and ratings. This company should be shut down in Dubai and not allowed to sell to home owners. Everyday I wish for this company to shut down! And they can’t even give us a solution.

I use Daikin air conditioners in my home. They are very bad and have many faults. I do not recommend buying them. Also, the maintenance service is expensive and bad.

Daikin best efficiency chillers, part load cop more than 6.5, installed across UAE. It's disaster. Every now and then trips, leakage. Measured efficiency less 25% than promised. Pathetic technical explanation. Incompetent staff, just trying to wipe hands with bullshit explanation. If anyone planning to install Daikin, I suggest to give a second thought.

But regarding the agent, the employee was not fully aware of the information that the client wanted, except when we presented him with a picture from the Internet!! He was nice in his treatment, but that does not mean that he is an expert in air conditioning!! Central adjustment!! There are many inquiries that I did not find ready to answer despite my prior knowledge of the answer. For example, the global climate classification recommended in the Gulf countries, which should be T3, which is classified for hot and tropical climates.
