Dream Cool Air Conditioning Systems LLC

This company installed my AC 3 years ago and were very good then, I contacted them to come back again for some new units and they kept ignoring my messages. Once they finally came for the survey i agreed on the quote and they were supposed to install on Monday. We discussed it being a public holiday but they said they can still come. I went to work on a holiday and they did not show up and messaged me hours later saying its a holiday so they will install tomorrow. They came the next day totally unprepared without an AC, they told me they will order it today so I dont know why they bothered coming. He gave me a list of reasons why he cant install it today one of them being dengue fever and I told them I dont want to proceed with them anymore. Total waste of time

Be careful of this company. it is a fraud. the company sent Adil the technician for evaluation and then he requested advance payment to procure the HVAC tray which he didnt claiming that tray not available in the market currently. then i called off their service as other company provided the tray immediately and resolved the issue. then i called off their services as not provided and requested refund after Adil and the company started to ignore me. now more than 33 days and i raised the concern to the government office. Evidence available

Dream cool is a professional company in Dubai that provides a high level of services to install, repair the residential and commercial Air conditioners. They are very helpful and always giving hand to their clients without any problems. I'm so happy that I'm dealing with them for two years now. Highly Recommended +++

Wow, just wow! I’m seriously impressed with the service I got. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The team was super polite, came right on time, and knew exactly what they were doing. My AC is now working perfectly — cool air, no noise, and total comfort! I honestly didn’t expect it to be this easy. Huge shoutout to the whole team for being so efficient and kind. Highly, highly recommended!

Highly recommend this company for AC repair – excellent work!

Hired them to fix an ac unit which started leaking again in 2 days after being fixed and paying them AED 2500. Called them more than 50 times including the main engineer (Adil) who never answers the phone nor has replied till date. Will never use them again and will not recommend them ever to anyone looking for a trustworthy service provider. I wish along with the many other people who had similar experience (see their reviews), we could report them to local authorities as they stop doing this unfair business with every client.

Very disappointing & irresponsible. They just replaced the A/C switch but failed to identify the real cause & charged me nearly AED 1,000. The A/C was not cooling at all. I had to appoint another company to identify the problem and solve the issue. Be away from these guys.
