NOT AT ALL RECOMANDED. GROUP OF UNPROFESSIONALS.. Really unprofessional behavior.. they even don't deserve 1 star. Committed that they have parts and they will fix the washing machine. After that I need to call them number of times then they gave time when technician will come. Obviously, technician didn't came and I again called multiple time then they thought to respond and told that they are looking for parts. And now they are not picking up the calls. Don't commit if you can not do the small fix.

We are not recommended to provide a single star, Yesterday staff came to repair Washing machine, They simply checked the washing machine and inform machine is ready and they collected the amount and we inform them to wait 20 mts. But when we started the washing machine, after 15 mts it shows same error. Then technician checks the machine and repair again and now it is working and they informed if same error occur change the parts. They agreed service charges is AED 150.00 and they Collected aed 200.00. In my washing machine they wont change any parts. Now they are telling we changed the parts. Once i reached my room and checked the washing machine, Parts are not changed. So i recommended If they inform parts are changed, Please ask them to show the damaged parts, Then settle the amount. Be carefull

This company came to fix a tripped circuit and instead whilst I wasn’t looking cut through wires and then claimed I needed to pay 4750 dirhams to have it fixed. Luckily I called a different company and they fixed the problem, and when they called these guys they could not justify what they had done. Complete scammers do not use.

My table leg was broken. Their handyman fixed it perfectly

Excellent, quick service at a fair price. Will definitely do business with them again.
