Ordered a replacement key fob for my KIA and explicitly chose (and paid for) delivery with DHL, as this is by far the best option for me. This was also explicitly stated in the invoice I received immediately after. For reasons unknown to me this dealer decided to send me my order with UPS, which just so happens to be the absolutely worst delivery option for me, since at least where I am live they just so happen to be almost criminally incompetent. Unsurprisingly this decision on behalf of Techno Lock Keys Trading led to multiple delivery delays, wasted a substantial amount of time for me due to false delivery notifications on behalf of UPS (since I had to be personally present to pay custom fees on delivery) and substantial additional delivery costs which UPS is now trying to charge me for, for no fault of my own. And what I paid for delivery originally wasn't exactly a symbolic sum to begin with. The key fob I ordered was delivered in a good condition, although the package was opened and the key fob itself was tempered with. Since I cannot be certain what was done with it in customs I cannot say where this is fault of this dealer or not, but it was nonetheless the case. Overall I'd rate my purchase experience, in terms of delivery and customer satisfaction, as particularly bad. Next time might want to honor what, and how, your customers actually order (and pay for).
