1/JBR The apartment was spotless, with an amazing view. Location was great that made the stay even more enjoyable. The entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. While waiting for my own apartment in Dubai, I decided to stay in different areas of the city, including Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, JVC, and Business Bay, to get a better feel for the various neighborhoods. During that time, I came across Livbnb and had the pleasure of being assisted by Maycel from the very beginning. She was outstanding throughout the entire experience. Livbnb offers a wide range of professionally managed apartments across Dubai. What impressed me most was the company's ability to handle virtually every aspect of the guest experience through its own teams, from property inspections and housekeeping to linen management and guest support. This results in a consistently high standard of service and very quick responses whenever assistance is needed. A special thank you to Maycel for her professionalism, responsiveness, and solution-oriented approach. She was always available when needed and made sure that every stay was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Her commitment to excellent customer service truly made a difference. I had several stays with Livbnb and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free accommodation experience in Dubai. I lived in shams between 5-12th of April. The view was wonderful. Very near to sea, literally 5 mins. Around so many cafes and restaurants, I did not have any problem to find smth. I liked the apartment, it was cozy. I had a view to sea. During my stay I was in contact with Alisa. She was very friendly and helpful. She replied to my all questions and helped me during my stay! Thanks for her work and cooperation! She works very professionally. And I liked design of the apartment and that is it very spacious.

Unfortunately, our experience with this townhouse was very poor. There was extensive paint chipping throughout the apartment, old and in some cases non-working appliances, and several safety concerns that made the apartment unsuitable for a baby. The advertised garden was essentially non-existent, and the main lock in the apartment was not working properly, raising security concerns. Although the agency initially attempted to fix minor issues, they stopped responding, and the more serious problems were never resolved. Overall, the apartment did not meet basic safety or maintenance standards.

DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!! IT IS A SCAM !!! My family and I booked apartment in May in Marina Shams 1 for June. 4 days before our check in she texted on whatsapp mentioning some maintenance issues and offering another apartment. After complaining on booking.com they told us that booking remains the same. We asked about 5 times if early check in was possible, nobody replied. The lady named Katharina was acting sneaky and cheeky the whole time. She kept texting on whatsapp which was first red flag as it was unprofessional. The lady kept ignoring our calls and messages when we arrived to Dubai. We showed up to the building and asked security to help us. He called her and she claimed to "not understand" him. She pretended she didn’t speak english and hung up. She then declined every call. She sent some man to call us and offer us another apartment that was even more expensive. Nobody even apologised plus there was no maintenance issues, they are just scammers that thought we were stupid. They said our apartment will be ready in 2 days, even tho we booked it for that day and arrived to Dubai that day, i don’t know what was in their heads thinking we would accept that. We had to book another apartment but luckily we found even better one. Would not recommend this because she is a scammer !

An exceptional stay at Shams 1 building, JBR! This 2-bedroom apartment on the 35th floor (Apartment 3502) exceeded all expectations. The views are absolutely stunning — waking up to the sea and city skyline from such a high floor is a real luxury. The apartment is spacious, beautifully maintained, and very well laid out, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The host was excellent and extremely accommodating. We were kindly given an early check-in, which made such a difference for us after a night flight and set the tone for a fantastic stay. Communication was smooth and professional throughout. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of JBR, with easy access to the beach, The Walk, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Despite being in such a vibrant area, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The building facilities are excellent, clean, and well managed. Overall, this apartment offers comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended — a true 5-star experience.
