Marina Wharf II

I stayed in Marina Wharf II during my last visits in November 2025 and the building is clean, new, well curated and well located. The guys are the reception were helpful. The occupant base seemed to be international and it’s super easy to get to the marina or the beach for a nice walk, food or outing. Many nice places around, gyms, grocery shops, playgrounds for kids etc. really nice!

Been living in the building for 6 years. Great security/management descent facilities and close proximity to beach right on the marina 99% of bad reviews are rating a hair salon / Airbnb experience that has nothing to do with the building 🙂

I recently visited Marina Wharf II for a viewing and was impressed with the location. It’s only a 3-minute walk to the beach and has direct access to Marina Walk. Right next to the tower there is a tram station, making it very easy to reach Marina Mall and the metro. The building itself is in good condition, and it’s clear that the management company is doing a solid job maintaining the property. Overall, a very convenient and well-kept place in a prime spot.

Easy access, clean environment. The peaceful surroundings allow for complete relaxation, while all the sights are within reachable distance. An evening walk in the marina further enhances the value of the place

I would like to leave a very positive review for Danila, a coach at Aqualeader Marina. Danila did an excellent job teaching my son how to dive and, most importantly, how to feel confident and comfortable in the water. He was very patient, calm, and encouraging, which helped my son overcome his fear of water step by step. The lessons were well structured and engaging, and I could clearly see my son’s progress and growing confidence. I truly appreciate Danila’s professional approach and positive attitude. I highly recommend him to any parents looking for a coach who knows how to work with children and create a safe, supportive learning environment.

We stay here as a family and had a great 10 day holiday. It is the best possible position 2 minutes from JBR, on Dubai Marina and a 5 minute walk from the monorail. Friendly staff, a great host at the apartment who is extremely knowledgeable and attentive for anything you may need. I highly recommend booking an apartment in the property.

Room 1906 pruvately owned. Very poor maintenance. Mould in all bathrooms all over, unsafe table and chairs, dusty airco, doors cannot close due to moisture. Poor hygiene; hair of previous guests in cabinets and bathroom, drains, dust… Location is nice, between Marina and JBR.
