Lost and Found - Dubai Mall

Great customer service overall. Suggest you call them beforehand to track your lost items and confirm it’s there before picking them up from inside the mall. Call (04)4485064. Also, bring your Emirates ID for reference purposes. They’re located in the Lower Ground area, right next to FAB (First Abu Dhabi Bank) If you parked at Cinema Car Park, just go inside the Foodcourt, find Pizza Hut, there should be an escalator nearby, take 3 levels down till you get to LG and find FAB. 😃There’s a huge banner there saying Lost & Found.

I had visited the dubai mall on 11 th of January 2026 and shopped at lululemon ended up picking up a beige cargo pant ..but was a sad experience I forgot the bag with the cargo pants in mall ..I called up lost and found 2 times explained them where all I visited they were least interested to help and said we will revert no one bothered to revert ..what a wonderful service and experience you are providing your customers..it’s a loss of 600 AED I don’t care I’m writing this for the bad experience with your lost and found team

Big thank you to the security to pick up my wallet in the fountain view car park and passed it to the lost and found office. I did not realised my wallet dropped out from my bag since I was making payments via Apple Pay. The kind lost and found officer took the effort to find my contact number and called me. He was so patient in directing me to the office. I am so lucky to have the kind and honest guarding angels today!

Best ever customer services My daughter lost my credit card. She has visited the Lost and Found Office. Monica has helped her. They called me requesting for my EIDA to be sent on my daughter's WhatsApp to verify and released my Credit card to my daughter. Monica is so helpful and loved the way she helped. Very kind lady.

Can I just say wow! I thought for sure the beautiful dress I purchased would never be seen again, left on a bench near the taxi rank, there a still such good people in this world. This lady working there was very rude and had very bad manners, she talked to me in a very unpleasant way… I hope Dubai Mall can do something about her, they usually have amazing services but I was surprised how they hired someone like her

Make sure you bring your ID when you pick up something you have lost. Pretty likely they will have it hear since people (security) are so friendly and happy to return stuff to the "Lost and Found" section in Dubai.
