Olivier Zoppi Dog Psychology Center - Meydan

Totally love this place. Booked boarding and training for my dog and attended the group classes and he is getting so much better already.

Terrible experience with their boarding facility and extremely careless owners who don’t care about animal’s welfare. Will never send my dog there again

I initially came to the Meydan Centre with my husband for a Free Assessment with Olivier for our very nervous & anxious rescue dog Tashi. Despite Tashi being very apprehentious & scared, Olivier's expertise with dogs was clearly evident as he was able to put Tashi, including my husband & I all at ease during our initial assessment. Olivier gave us great tools & tips during the meeting & as such we signed up for the Calm & Confident Programme. Tashi was assigned to George as her Primary Trainer during the programme & both my husband & I were also encouraged to come to the centre for assisted training & also to partake in the unlimited group classes as part of our package. The Home Visits (as part of the programme) have also been such a great addition to seeing Tashi's progress & her beautiful personality & confidence shine through! Not to mention her furry best friends she gets to socialise with at Meydan! Thank you Olivier, George & the entire team at Meydan for helping Tashi become the beautiful, happy dog she was always meant to be!

Our dog Dolly is super happy after a day at the center. She is happy I am happy 😊

Extremely disappointing experience, we booked 10 days of boarding and training for our 7 months puppy and when we drove her to the center, we gave the team 21 packs of fresh frozen food with very simple food instructions, 2 packs per day, 1 in the morning and another in the evening, this was discussed with 2 of the staff, repeated twice despite the simplicity to ensure no confusion, after few days we asked for a weight checkin where we noted that our puppy was losing weight, we thought this was due to the higher activity of playing with other dogs only to find out during checkout that they are giving us back 11 packs as they have been feeding her 1 pack/day split up across morning and evening and that our baby was starving everyday for the last 10 days! Despite the management initial understanding of our major distress and their promise to compensate their failure and also agreed that we do a medical checkup on their expense only to find out later that the owners rejected our request for refund including the medical bill. They claim to be a dog psychology center while failing to provide the dog with their most basic need of sufficient food and refusing to take accountability for this failure while simply offering us a discount for future visits as if this would ever happen after such poor service, highly not recommended!

Absolutely love putting my dog with Olivier Zoppi, and so happy that they’ve opened a branch closer to me! My dog absolutely loves the trainers (especially George) and the facilities are great. I know my dog is in amazing hands - highly recommend!!
