Terrible experience! I would not recommend this boarding facility. The communication is terrible, the organization is a mess, and they have no respect for their clients' time or money. As a dog mom, trust is everything. If you care about your pet's well-being, I suggest looking elsewhere.

The worst service I have ever seen. I strongly do not recommend anyone to leave your puppy with them. First of all, they lost leash, collar, and ID tag. And all day they were trying to convince us that there were no them. And after a long conversation they found leash and collar. Secondly, they blatantly lie to you, claiming they’ll give your dog medication. My dog had a prescription for medication. They didn’t give her a thing!!! On top of that, she came back very thin after staying there for three days.

Ignoring and no replying to the customer from Al Quoz branch isn’t the best way to show your appreciation. After almost 5 years of bringing Mia there, I didn’t receive any message informing their closing and they charged me the fully package for daycare 10 days before their closing, and yet .. they are ignoring my messages and emails not giving any update of the refund they promised to do within 90 days. Whatever the issue they had in that branch customers shouldn’t suffer the consequences, bringing Mia to their other branches it’s out way to go to work, so definitely not an option. At least address the issues, contact the clients and offer alternatives. But SHOW YOURSELF and take accountability!!

A great place for my fur baby. I know she is always well taken care off, loved and she has a blast with other dogs that are well behaved and similar to her age, personality and energy levels. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t thank mysecondhome enough for everything they do for our Golden puppy. Be it a trip to the park, daycare or if she stays overnight - she loves going to mysecondhome and becomes a grump when it’s time to go home! When she’s at daycare and/or boarding we look forward to the photos of her having fun! Should there be even the slightest issue the team are quick to let us know and be in contact with us to ensure our girl is happy at all times. Would recommend mysecondhome to all dog owners!

We have been using my second home since Minnie was around 12 weeks old for puppy socialisation classes. After nearly 3 years we would not leave her anywhere else and regularly travel from Abu Dhabi (where we have recently moved to) as we know she is safe and looked after. The staff are always very friendly and always look after Minnie. Even when she is taken in to the play area the staff give her cuddles and lots of love. They have cameras in the bedroom areas so you can check on your pup to see if they are sleeping or eating dinner or breakfast. The staff always reply quickly on what’s app and if there are any issues during longer stays they always let you know. Minnie is the happiest dog when she enters and exactly the same when she leaves!
