⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The printing shop provides excellent service! I printed normal A4 copies, and the price was very affordable. The in-charge, Rajesh, is very helpful and fast with the work. Highly recommended for all printing needs!

I am extremely disappointed with the service here. Last Friday, I gave them my design and was told it could only be printed the next day (Saturday), but since our office is closed on weekends, I agreed to pick it up first thing Monday morning instead. The staff assured me it would be ready. I was even messaging them over the weekend to confirm if it had already been printed, but I received no clear confirmation. Then Monday came, it was still not ready. I was told 3pm, I asked nicely if it's possible to get earlier, they said okay 12noon, then became 1pm, then 3pm, and now apparently 5pm. To make matters worse, after all the delays, they even suggested I go to another shop nearby, something they could have said days ago. This lack of professionalism, poor communication, and total disregard for the customer’s time is unacceptable. If you value your deadlines, avoid this place completely. I am annoyed to the bones.

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with AST in Jafza View 19 branch and impressed with the service we received. Good customer service and transaction were incredibly fast. We found their prices to be extremely affordable, especially considering the quality of services and products provided. Highly recommended!!
