Printery: Printing Press & Services in Dubai

I’m truly grateful to the team for their amazing service. I had a very important request to prepare a gift book for my husband, and time was extremely tight. The team accepted my order with no delay, replied to all my questions quickly, and delivered everything right on time. They absolutely nailed it 💯✨ The quality of the book!! OMG! Just wow. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this beautiful. They even took care of the little details for noted in the book and added papers with glues 😭 🫶 even I didn’t ask for it but they thought about that’s really high professionalism! Huge thanks, especially to Cedric who supported me through every step. You’re the best 💙

We would like to personally thank Riyaz Ahmed for an outstanding experience. The quality of the printing and materials is exceptional, but what impressed us even more was the integrity behind the work: honesty, ethics, follow-up, punctuality, and genuine professionalism. Working with ethical, honest, and professional businesspeople will always put you 100 steps ahead, because trust, quality, and peace of mind have real value. We are extremely grateful to Riyaz and highly recommend Printery. He truly deserves recognition for the way he runs his business and the person he is: amazing quality, fantastic service, and a businessman you can genuinely trust.

From Distress to Delight I initially contacted this company after finding them through Google. Unfortunately, my first experience wasn't encouraging. Communication was slow, there were long gaps between responses, and after several discussions I was eventually asked to visit their outlet. At that point, I genuinely questioned why they were investing in digital marketing if the customer journey still required so much offline follow-up. However, what happened next deserves appreciation. After seeing my review, Mr Riyas from the team reached out to understand my concerns instead of ignoring them. He listened, took ownership, and went the extra mile to resolve the issue. The service I eventually received was professional, prompt, and exceeded my expectations. Riyas ensured things happen and took personal ownership. And the deliverables was way ahead of time than I expected For me, a good business is not one that never makes mistakes, but one that is willing to acknowledge them and make things right. This company did exactly that. I'm updating my review because I believe businesses that genuinely act on customer feedback deserve recognition. I hope they continue to maintain this level of customer service going forward. My 5 star goes for their genuine interest in customer feedback.

Amazing work by everyone—the production output was really good. Big thanks to the whole team for the great support and for managing the tight timelines so well. Looking forward to working on bigger projects together ahead.

Very good service for the community around busy and office area but still they are providing very reasonable pricing and warm service. Happy to to visit here in DIFC Central Park Tower Offices building facing opposite to Panifico restaurant. P2 Spinneys floor.

We came to printery with a last min request and they really helped accommodate, and deliver a high qual product. They were also super useful in providing their opinion when I wasn’t sure on how to take things forward. This was for set of PR boxes
