Al Ayan Real Estate Broker LLC

Very disappointing experience with Al Ayan Real Estate Broker LLC. Before renting the studio, we were clearly informed that if any issues arose within the first 7 days, the company would take responsibility and cover the repair costs. However, within the first week, the AC developed a problem. Although we reported it immediately, the issue was not properly handled as promised. Instead of covering the expenses as agreed, we had to pay for the repairs ourselves. This was disappointing and not in line with the commitment made to us before renting. In addition, the behavior of some staff members was unprofessional and unhelpful. The only exception was Saif, who was polite and tried to assist us. I hope the management improves both customer service and their commitment to promises made to tenants. Not recommended based on my experience.

Thanks for holding this apartment and arranging keys soon. I am suffering with previous agency. But al ayan team is very supportive. Good efforts.

Working with Al Ayan Real Estate was a fantastic experience. As a first-time homebuyer in Dubai, I was nervous, but their team guided me with expert advice and honest recommendations. They showed me the best properties in Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, and Dubai Hills — and I found my dream apartment! If you’re looking for a reliable real estate broker in Dubai, look no further than Al Ayan
