We paid an upfront deposit of AED 10,000 for mainland corporate structure setup. Unfortunately, after months of delays, Shuraa completely failed to deliver our active Trade License or any functional business infrastructure. Their operational team repeatedly processed security clearance applications incorrectly, leading to multiple avoidable administrative rejections from government portals. Furthermore, their billing practices lacked transparency. After complications arose, they suggested a single-owner structure which I approved, yet they continued to demand a full balance payment calculated for three shareholders (amounting to AED 15,615). When challenged on this inflation and their active 50% public marketing promotion, they refused to honor the discount or issue a refund for our unspent deposit balance. The matter was escalated to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) compliance desk under Complaint # CMP-26-615166, where Shuraa refused to settle the unspent cash balance, forcing us to halt operations entirely. If you are a foreign investor seeking reliable, transparent project management and corporate structure support in Dubai, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Retain a firm that honors its promotional pricing and delivers on its contracts.
