Just awesome. My first hostel experience and everything was better than I expected. You never feel like there are 8 people in one room. You can relax in different places: living room, terrace, pool area, cinema, etc so you never feel bored or narrowed down. It’s really clean and the furniture are modern. I really loved this place and would definitely come back.

Great value for money! Hostel policies are well implemented, and the location is super strategic. The guests were respectful and kind, which made my stay even better. I transferred here from another hostel due to cleanliness issues, and the first thing I asked was if that wouldn't be a problem here. They reassured me, and were absolutely right—I enjoyed every minute of my stay! Hands down the best hostel experience I've had in Dubai. Highly recommend! 🙌🏻

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic place to stay in Business Bay! The location is perfect – close to all the action yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The amenities exceeded my expectations, with everything from capsule beds to sparkling clean bathrooms and kitchen. The manager is simply amazing – always available, super friendly, and genuinely cares about the guests. Cleanliness is a top priority here, and it shows. This hostel sets the standard for comfort and convenience in Dubai. Don’t think twice about booking!

Well located and super safe. The hostel is amazing, very comfortable and has a cheerful atmosphere. The manager is an incredible person, always trying to provide the best experience for each guest.

First time staying in a hostel. Blown away by it to be fair. Loads of really chill people, who are also working online. The place is immaculate and amenities are great. I will be extending my stay here for sure. The manager is very welcoming too and treats everyone very well.

This is the best hostel I have ever been to in my life. I travel a lot and have something to compare it to. It is very clean, the staff is friendly, it is convenient and comfortable. All the photos are true to reality, in reality it is even better and I want to stay longer. There is everything here, entertainment such as PlayStation, virtual reality glasses, a second large TV for watching movies and programs. A huge veranda area where you can have a good time eating or reading a book, there is also a jacuzzi. Cleanliness is at the highest level, rooms are cleaned every day. There is a kitchen where you can cook and store food, a washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board. The bed itself was large and spacious, not claustrophobic like in other capsule hostels I have been to, there is adjustable lighting, sockets and a shelf, there is also a curtain that preserves your privacy. There is a wardrobe for things, a place for suitcases and a bedside table under the bed that you can lock with your own lock to store important things. This is definitely the best option for the price-quality ratio. There are mostly young people 25-35 here, nice busy people who are sociable and have something to talk about. Now I don't even know if it's worth renting an apartment and living alone when there is such a wonderful option that is at a good price and is so cool. I definitely recommend it, you can have no doubt, you will like it here

One of the most poor Airbnb experiences I’ve had in the world. My best friend booked this for us for her bachelorette weekend, and had bridesmaids who flew in from all over the world for the special occasion. The minute we entered the place it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was extremely cold and musty in the entire apartment. We found out soon there was a broken window that wouldn’t close - so the AC had been set super high but the humidity was seeping in through the broken window. Due to the broken window the house was filled with flies, and there were many dead flies already on the floor as well. It’s like the host knew the window was broken and didn’t care to fix it since there was a fly trap machine inside the living room. There was no lock on the kitchen door into the patio which raises a security issue. There was a broken vase in the patio that had been turned around to hide the broken part 😂. There were 0 hand towels or tissues or amenity kits in the entire apartment - very weird for a place at this price. There were also nowhere near enough towels for all the guests - and the host knew beforehand how many guests to arrange the towels for. The shower gel was bright pink and literally smelled and felt like dishwashing liquid. There was such poor ventilation in the bathrooms and water was just leaking everytime anyone took a shower. They were just completely moist and musty all the time and would never dry up. I noticed that there was mould in the showers that had been attempted to be covered up with silicone which is crazy. (Photo attached). On the first day of check in we raised the fly issue, broken window, and had requested support with setting up the jacuzzi. The host proceeded to send 4 men to address the problems who were in and out of the apartment for hours, disrupting our holiday and preventing us from being able to do the activities we had planned. None of the problems were solved, and a new problem was raised - the jacuzzi was broken and unusable. One evening we were all sitting at the dining table and my friend put her hand on the table and got poked by a screw sticking out of the table which is extremely unsafe and unhygienic. (Photo attached). Overall - I have no idea how this place has high reviews. We expect a higher level of quality, cleanliness, and service at airbnbs and this was such a poor experience for my best friend and all the bridesmaids. I have a feeling the reviews are scams or for other apartments from the same host. I would never recommend booking this place - you’re better off in a hotel or better Airbnb.
