Platinium Holiday Homes Dubai

Very shish booking. I thought I booked something professional. Far from it. EDIT: Owner's response: "You now how much you paid..." well first of all if your English is so incompetent I understand why your service is so bad. Yes I know how much I paid. I used your apartment instead of the hotel because its 30 percent cheaper. What I didn't know is I would get a 90 percent inferior product and a snarky response. My point made.

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great stay!

Very pleasant stay. Booking was very easy to make and staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the view is amazing. Looking forward to my next stay

It was an excellent experience to stay in the that penthouse with amazing views and services. Professional team and special thanks to Mr chakib who makes our staying easy and great . Highly recommended.

Had alot of problems with the villa the power cut off three times and it took forever to fix Relationship manager was very rude and didn't offer any compensation after all the malfunctions that happened We couldn't enjoy the villa Would never come back The villa had no electricity most of the time. Had a terrible time
