They supported us with a cheque deferment request and handled the process very smoothly and professionally. The team is always approachable, responsive, and open to discussing any concerns. They never respond with a direct "no" and always try their best to find a practical solution. The building is also well maintained and managed efficiently. Overall, I truly appreciate their professional, helpful, and solution-oriented service. Highly recommended.

Mamoun was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole rental process. Always responsive, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made everything much easier and was always available to answer my questions. My experience with Betterhomes has been disappointing. The team was very optimistic when forecasting rental expectations and market performance; however, the actual results were significantly different from what was initially communicated. Communication was another challenge. Responses were often delayed, and at times it was difficult to obtain timely updates on important matters. My advice to other property owners is to ensure that every verbal commitment or understanding is documented in writing before signing any agreement. In my experience, some discussions and expectations that were communicated verbally were later interpreted differently. I expected a higher level of professionalism and transparency from a company of this size and reputation.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Manoshi for her continuous support throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond, patiently listened to all my queries, and followed up consistently until the sale transfer was successfully completed. Her professionalism, dedication, and calm approach made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. One point for improvement would be clearer upfront communication to the buyer that if the seller has an existing mortgage, the transfer process can take additional time. Communicating this early would help buyers plan their finances more effectively. Overall, I truly appreciate Manoshi’s efforts and support, and I would definitely approach her in future and recommend buyers/sellers to approach her for a great experience & smooth transactions.
