I submitted my Case on 14 Dec 2025 and my Cid Was Cleared On 13 Feb 2026 and my relative signed agreement same day , they told me your visa will be Approved in 3 weeks , It's been almost 2 weeks and i am waiting for My Visa to be approved i hope i will hear good news within 1 week InshAllah , Anxiously waiting for my Visa Passport No : FB6975491

Visa processing is difficult these days, and DTC is a good option because their visa approvals are fast. People often complain about the staff, but this usually happens during busy hours when there is heavy rush and repeated questions. I apply visa bike rider after 3 month coming visa before visa apply told license fee when reach candidate inside Dubai reach pay in office not before I have proof in paper but today I visit in office our she told our manager told today policy is changing but my question 15 days finished visa coming anyone not informed within 1 day change policy and implementation what's this I will attach proof when I apply visa after clearance cid till time not informed if have company policy's change's must new candidate apply this policy's already issue visa candidate not apply I requested to our manager privilege recurriment management please focus this issue I go office our she cashier very rude attitude with me

I recently contacted this recruitment agency regarding job opportunities. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I first called, no one answered, and after about half an hour, I tried again. The call was picked up by a staff member who did not let me finish explaining my situation and abruptly ended the call. I tried once more and faced the same issue. I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future

I'm very disappointed with your system because once the documents were submitted and I was called after 15 days that the documents are not clear bring a clear copies , after that again I received a call the photo copy is missing and the last cal was passport copy is missing but don't worry to come to office send us it via WhatsApp, It's been 90 days and I am frequently in contact with your team but so far there is no satisfactory response and the CID clearance is still pending . Apart from that whenever I call on helpline with answering my queries the call is put off . Team on ground is totally non professional all off them make their work easy and suggests to applicant to come next day . It not understandable while CID clearance takes 4 months how long will be taking the rest of procedures. The applicants really need your assistance and the extremely in need for the job .It my suggestion and personal opinion I know it's clear you people are also doing business but if you need to increase your business just hire a professionals and the area is very conjusted . Thank you so much don't take my review in negative way but yes I confronted all those.

Need Serious Attention with immediate effect. Staff in not skilled and competent, they need training on regular intervals to deal with people and improve the business quality.
