Searchplus Human Resources Consultancy

I want to give zero star to them. They had been sitting on my DOH application hatching eggs for the past one year. And I ve to get new experience letter , good standing certificate every 3 months thrice coz they didnt do the verification promptly and my application had been rejected. Recently DOH has asked for certain documents in april 2026 and these people havent told me or responded to DOH for the past 2 months. And we had submitted my wife's documents in Jan 2026 for dataflow and they ve submitted it on 20th May after 5 months. This consultancy has a irresponsible lethargic attitude. I ll not recommend this consultancy to anyone here after. Let me ask this consultancy's owner - if you come to me as a patient and I drag you for 1 to 2 years without giving you a remedy, how ll you feel.... you ll go to another doctor right. Same here, handover my wife's DHA application files, login credentials and documents and I'll do it myself . You should be ashamed of the utter poor lethargic and irresponsible attitude which your consultancy has.

I do recommend SearchPlus company, especially Mrs Khushbu who have been patient with my emails and requests. Even though I would have liked to contact the company through WhatsApp due to hours difference, but also communicating with email I think is good as a way to keep all formal and better documented. Their prices are reasonable. They might take some more time than usual, but with the price I think it worth it. Thank you Mrs Khushbu for your efforts, and also thanks to Mrs Shifana as well who is helping me in the last stages as well. I already have told to 2 of my colleagues about SearchPlus !

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the SearchPlusHR team for their exceptional support in upgrading my DHA registration to Specialist. Your dedication and professionalism have earned my respect once again. A special thank you to Ms. Stephy, who supervised the entire process and was always available to address my questions. The registration procedure involved several complexities, but Ms. Stephy and the licensing officers remained persistent, and their hard work ultimately paid off. I wish the team continued success, and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking to build a career in healthcare in the UAE.
