Hi, i am mo Adnan , I am ex- employee of adecco middle East. As per company policy I completed two years in it, I was complete my duty on 20/3/26 . I had to go India after my cancellation,they said you can go without hesitation .After that company cancelled my working visa, and adecco company said we will release salary after 40 days of cancellation but they exceed 90 days yet I didn't receive my salary. I request on a message to all company management ,like madam afreen, jahid sir, delmer sir, shaival sir, madam nehal but no one solve the problem of releasing salary. I kindly request you please focus on it.

Everything good but they cut salary sometimes without no reason. End of month they have nothing for savings!! In this company most of the bangladeshi riders working. Most of them ready for cancelation. After joined I started my duties 27 not possible to fill target they cut my 325 dh. Next month they issued a fine 149 dh.. But i always check my fine there was no fine. I msg and call them many times but no response. They also cut mandatory bikes and sim rent 300.. I will not reference any riders to join this compay.. They will not answering phone call never. If they pick your call will say ok no problem we will solve this, but nothing they do

Professional Negligence, Delayed Settlements, and Poor Communication ​I am writing this to caution others based on my year-and-a-half tenure with Adecco UAE. My experience was defined by consistent unprofessionalism and significant financial distress. ​Key Issues Encountered: ​Financial Irresponsibility: Salaries were frequently delayed. Following my resignation, both my final two months of salary and my end-of-service settlement were withheld for an extended period, causing unnecessary hardship. ​Unlawful Visa Cancellation Delays: The company delayed my visa cancellation citing "client payment delays." As the legal employer, Adecco is responsible for processing cancellations and settlements regardless of their internal billing issues with clients. ​Negligent Conduct & Communication: Reaching the office via phone is nearly impossible, as multiple calls go unanswered. When I did manage to speak with staff—specifically Sherr Dela Rosa and her manager Rohit Kanwar—the behavior was dismissive and unhelpful. There is a complete lack of support and very poor behavior when speaking to employees during critical HR transitions I hope the people in charge to take serious measures related for the above points. and really hope my points help the newly contacted people to evalute before joining.

I wish the owner could see this comment. First of all, your employees—especially at the reception—need proper training on how to handle client calls. Hanging up while someone is speaking is completely unprofessional. I am a senior recruiter in a government entity. I tried to use your website, but it seems there is a technical issue. I was calling to get details about hiring C-level executives and to schedule a meeting regarding a contract. I first tried the main branch, but the auto-reply asked me to leave my number and immediately disconnected the call without giving me a chance to speak. Then I called the Business Bay branch. The lady who answered—presumably the receptionist—was surrounded by a lot of noise. As soon as I began explaining my purpose, she interrupted me, said I needed to contact the main branch, and abruptly closed the line—after less than 50 seconds. When I asked her to wait, no one responded, and she again just said "thank you" and hung up. please hear the call it was on 03/10/2025 at 10:38 AM This behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that receptionists can be busy, but it is their responsibility to handle calls properly and professionally. Because of this experience, I have decided not to move forward with this company. I am very disappointed in the service. A service company should provide service, not hang up on clients.
