I recently visited the Apple Store at Dubai Mall, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The store itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and spacious layout that makes it easy to explore all the latest Apple products comfortably. The location inside Dubai Mall adds to the overall premium feel, making it a must-visit spot whether you’re planning to buy something or just browsing. What stood out the most to me was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and offered assistance without feeling pressured. The team was highly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions in detail, helping me understand the features of different products and guiding me toward the best option for my needs. I also appreciated how organized and efficient everything was. Despite the store being quite busy, the staff managed the flow of customers very well, ensuring everyone received proper attention. The hands-on experience with the devices was another highlight, as you can try everything at your own pace. Overall, my visit was smooth, enjoyable, and very satisfying. I would highly recommend this Apple Store to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a premium retail experience in Dubai.

I would like to thank all the Apple employees for being so helpful and supportive. Their service was excellent. However, I had a disappointing experience with one employee named Halim. Whenever I tried to speak to him, he acted busy, and even when he passed by me while I was talking to him, he did not respond. I hope all customers receive the same level of attention and support

A huge thank you to Ravi Bhatai at the Apple Store, Dubai Mall, for providing an outstanding customer experience during my iPhone purchase. From the moment we walked in, Ravi was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I was confused between choosing the iPhone Pro and Pro Max, and he took the time to explain the differences in detail without rushing me, making it much easier to make the right decision. What impressed me the most was his willingness to go above and beyond. Since I had an important appointment and couldn't stay for the data transfer, Ravi made a special arrangement to safely keep my phone until I returned, which I truly appreciated. If you're visiting the Apple Store at Dubai Mall, I highly recommend asking for Ravi. He's a real asset to the team!

Terrible experience. My iPhone 16 Pro Max bought from the Apple Store in Dubai Mall started restarting by itself, would not update, and then completely stopped working properly. I contacted Apple Support more than once and followed their instructions exactly. I connected the phone to my MacBook to do the update as they told me, but after that the device became even worse and could not be restored. I honestly never expected an iPhone bought from an official Apple Store to fail like this, and what is worse is that there was no proper repair solution. For a phone this expensive, this is unacceptable. Very bad product experience and very bad support. I do not recommend.

I had a great experience at the Apple Dubai Mall thanks to Marco. He was the best among the team and truly stood out from the rest. He supported me and helped me more than anyone else. Marco was very professional, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the experience smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate his effort and excellent customer service. The Expert Genius at Apple named Ayat was such a gem that I went out of my way on my flight to write this review! I had an issue after my purchase of AirPods Pro and went to this Apple location and mall of the emirates Apple totalling of about 4 appointments and no one could figure out the technical issue with my AirPods, but with ONE appointment at this location with AYAT my issue was resolved and was finally given a straight forward answer as to what the issue was! Just wanted to say thank you and good job to the team working on resolving this issue 👏

Exceptional Experience Thanks to Hulya! I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at the Apple Store in Dubai Mall, all thanks to Hulya. At first, she noticed that my product had my name engraved and kindly explained that it couldn’t be exchanged. I really appreciated her honesty and professionalism. A little later, to my surprise, Hulya actually looked for me around the store! When she finally found me, she was so happy and told me, "I was looking for you everywhere! I was really sad when I thought you left because I wanted to help you." That moment truly showed how much she cares about customers. She then went above and beyond to solve my issue and helped me get the AirPods I really wanted. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine care turned my visit into an unforgettable experience. Apple is lucky to have someone like Hulya — she represents the brand’s spirit perfectly.
