I requested the repair of two PS5 controllers and selected the highest-priced repair option in order to ensure quality service. Upon receiving the controllers, one appeared to function properly, while the second continued to experience an issue (left stick drifting to the left). I returned the controller for further inspection. I was informed that the device was functioning normally. However, the drifting issue persisted. At a later stage, I was advised that the controller presented might not be the same unit previously repaired. I returned the controller again and received the same feedback that it was functioning correctly. I also provided a video demonstrating the drifting issue. At this stage, the matter remains unresolved from my perspective. I would appreciate a clear technical explanation of the findings and a definitive resolution.

Terrible experience. My iPhone 16 Pro Max bought from the Apple Store in Dubai Mall started restarting by itself, would not update, and then completely stopped working properly. I contacted Apple Support more than once and followed their instructions exactly. I connected the phone to my MacBook to do the update as they told me, but after that the device became even worse and could not be restored. I honestly never expected an iPhone bought from an official Apple Store to fail like this, and what is worse is that there was no proper repair solution. For a phone this expensive, this is unacceptable. Very bad product experience and very bad support. I do not recommend.

The battery replacement cost AED 350 + VAT, with free pickup and delivery included. The process was smooth and impressively fast (I contacted them at 2:34 p.m. and had my iPad back by 6:08 p.m.)—but once I started using it, I noticed the LCD was damaged and the «back» function no longer worked. They do offer a warranty, and I’ve already reached out regarding this issue. I’m still waiting for their response and will update this review with how the situation is resolved. **UPDATE** The touch function issue with my iPad was resolved. I appreciate the quick action of My Celcare JLT when I reported the problem.
