The technician clearly had no idea what he was doing and managed to damage my phone during a basic repair. My Face ID was working perfectly before I handed over my phone – after their «repair, it completely failed. To make things worse, they wasted my entire day for a job that any competent technician could have finished quickly, then tried to overcharge me on top of ruining my device. The whole experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and felt borderline dishonest. I trusted them with my phone and got it back in worse condition than when I gave it to them. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you’re okay with wasting your time, overpaying, and risking permanent damage to your device.

This shop is literally scammers !! Was giving them my IPad to change a screen and was asking if the screen will be original or not. They said yes. Next day my IPad screen was half dark which is not normal. i went again the fix it. After couple of days my screen got white mark i went there again, they didn’t even help and said its might be from your nail. I’m using Apple devices for 15 years and its never get any marks from nail. The screen quality is so bad like smartphones from 2005 Very upset with them , i don’t recommend this place at all. My fiancé purchased AirPods Pro for me on January 21st, and since they initially seemed to work well, he purchased another pair for himself. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to fully test the call quality until we returned home, at which point we realized that calls were unclear. Due to time constraints, we were unable to visit the shop immediately and returned on February 3rd. During our visit, the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Instead of assisting with an exchange under the warranty, we were pressured to purchase a significantly more expensive product. The interaction felt rude and lacked basic courtesy. I would advise customers to thoroughly test any product before leaving the store. Despite offering a warranty, the exchange process was unnecessarily difficult and ultimately refused.

The battery replacement cost AED 350 + VAT, with free pickup and delivery included. The process was smooth and impressively fast (I contacted them at 2:34 p.m. and had my iPad back by 6:08 p.m.)—but once I started using it, I noticed the LCD was damaged and the «back» function no longer worked. They do offer a warranty, and I’ve already reached out regarding this issue. I’m still waiting for their response and will update this review with how the situation is resolved. **UPDATE** The touch function issue with my iPad was resolved. I appreciate the quick action of My Celcare JLT when I reported the problem.

Their explanation? «We told you there was liquid inside.» Great — but then why charge me for a replacement that clearly wasn’t going to solve anything? This feels unprofessional and honestly like a money-draining loop. I paid for a fix, not for the same problem to return after a couple of months. Definitely not a service I would recommend.
