Minutes - Arabian Centre

I had a really great experience with Minutes and felt it was worth sharing. Last night around 11:30 PM, my phone fell and the screen went completely black. I took it to Minutes, and they told me they would order a replacement screen and have it ready the next day. Since screen replacements can be quite expensive (almost like buying a new phone), I was expecting a significant cost. They took my number and said they’d call once it was ready. The next day, they did call, but with surprising news; while preparing to replace the screen, they discovered a small issue - something loose or a minor fault - and once they fixed it, the screen started working perfectly again. No replacement needed at all. When I went to pick up my phone, they didn’t charge me anything. Honestly, that level of honesty is rare. Another shop could have easily gone ahead with the screen replacement and charged me for it without me ever knowing. Instead, they chose to do the right thing. They were not only fast and professional, but also incredibly trustworthy! I highly, highly recommend Minutes to anyone needing phone repairs.
