It was my first time ordering from Goodness UAE. Ordered about 3 items including 3 Emirates water boxes containing about 30 water cups (200ml) each at a good price. Placed the order in the evening and it was delivered the next day between 12PM and 2PM. Pretty fast delivery, if you ask me.. The items appeared in proper packaging and in a very good condition. Trustable supplier. Item was not available I received refund after 5 days.

Unfortunately for 5 days my item is out for delivery and I managed to speak to a representative over the phone and via WhatsApp and was given a date of delivery thereafter the item was not delivered and my messages were being ignored left on read without any response terrible service and disregard for any senses of responsibility it’s been days and still my messages get read and just ignored.
