Overall, the service was good and delivery was on time. However, a few items were slightly damaged and one item was missing. Customer support responded quickly and resolved the issue. With better quality checks, this would be a 5-star experience.

They don't follow the schedule. If you have planned something, cancel it, because delivery arrives randomly even if you call them every 2 hours to check

After this review, the seller contacted me, corrected the order, refunded the incorrect items, and sent extra quantity as an apology. I have Ordered half a sheep on Eid day as they have offers for Eid, and chose 1 hour delivery option and paid in full. After more than an hour passed I contacted them to know they did not even start cutting and they don't have a delivery on Eid days as she mentioned delivery guys are off, they didn't bother to tell me or mention it. Bad experience. I canceled the order and will order from other place

Made an order end of December, 1hr promised, arrived after 4 hrs with 2 items missing ( 2pc of the same item ). Very unresponsive. I called, I messaged on whatsapp, no one ever replied. Finally managed to get the shop on the phone and they told me item was out of stock and will be refunded. Month and a half later, no reply, no message, no refund. Unacceptable!!!

My second order and again it is 2 hours late and still not arrived. The customer team don't call back or give updates. Very bad and unfortunate service.
