Maharaja Bhog Al Karama

We went for dinner yesterday with a group of 14 people, adults and kids alike loved their offering. Service was quick and variety was abundant. Food was medium spicy just the way we prefer it to be. Unlimited chat was a great experience. Loved the desi kulfi served at the end.

We specially visited the Al Karama branch just for the Amras Thali. I’ve been to Maharaja Bhog several times before, but this was my first visit to the Karama branch. I really loved their Gujarati dal, khichdi with pure ghee, and even the Amras tasted authentic Gujarati style. We first had the chaat Pani Puri, which was also nice. Thank you, Anu, for the great hospitality!

Maharaja Bhog offers one of the best Gujarati Thali experiences in Dubai. As you enter you are greeted with friendly staffs who will lead you to you seats and then you can go ahead to the pani puri stand where you are served N number of pani puris, as many as you wish. Their food is authentic, flavorful, and gives a true homely feel. I specially enjoyed the moong halwa and the sweet mango ras. What a delight. They serve nonstop and you can always ask for an addition. The only drawbacks are the parking, which can be difficult, and the place can get quite noisy during busy hours. Overall, it’s still a must-visit for anyone craving a delicious, traditional Gujarati thali in the city!♡
