I joined a 2-hour Italian masterclass, and it was a wonderful experience. The class covered how to make burrata and rosetti, along with sea bass and tiramisu for dessert. It was led by an Italian chef with experience in Michelin-star restaurants, which made the session even more special. The chef taught with real passion and was very generous in sharing his knowledge. I enjoyed the time and learned a lot. Overall, it was a very well-organized and enjoyable experience by the school. I recommend it.

We recently had a fantastic team building event at Scafa featuring the Kitchen Challenge activity, and it was an absolute blast! Soma was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the booking process, setting the stage for an excellent experience. Chef Thui and her team were instrumental in making the cooking session both fun and easy for us. Their guidance and support made the entire activity enjoyable and engaging for everyone involved. I highly recommend this event for groups of any size - it truly caters to all! The evening was filled with laughter, teamwork, and delicious food - a perfect combination for a successful team building event. A big thank you to the entire Scafa team for their professionalism and for creating such a memorable experience for us. We can't wait to return for another event in the future!

They will tell you they help you create menues and design etc but they really are just wasting your time to the point where you set up a 20 min conference call with the front desk lady that’s supposed to make a official meeting and then never follow up even if you send them 3+ messages they will keep you on open. Do not waste your time, they don’t have a sense of urgency

I’m incredibly grateful to SCAFA and Chef Diego for giving me the opportunity to assist at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 and handle the live plating for Tate & Lyle. It was an amazing learning experience that taught me so much about precision, presentation, and working under pressure.
