I had a very last-minute requirement for security guard and cleaning services for an outdoor event (requested on Tuesday, 10 Feb). After checking online reviews, I reached out to Magnum Security via WhatsApp. Salve was extremely responsive and accommodating. She shared a quotation quickly and helped me arrange everything within a tight timeline. I confirmed on Wednesday, made the payment on Thursday, and the team was already deployed for my Friday (13 Feb) event. Sumeera, the security guard, together with the three cleaners, did a great job on the day. Thank you again for the smooth coordination and reliable service.

Very poor customer service. You mentioned that your service is available 24x7, but I have been trying to contact the customer service desk for the past 2 hours and nobody is responding to the calls. Kindly look into this issue and improve your support service.

Excellent service by Magnum Security at our recent event. The bouncers were professional, alert, and well-coordinated by Sammy. Operations were handled smoothly and safely. Highly recommended.

Very Good experience and leading security services provider in Dubai

Varun Kumar ☆ 5/5

We asked them for a proposal and promised they will send it but never did, never even apologized for not sending anything. We wasted several days waiting for them.

Warning about this company! After signing the contract, they suddenly ask for an unexpected payment of 2,500 AED to process your work visa, which was never mentioned before. Later on, they start deducting money from your salary without any explanation. On top of that, they don’t provide regular weekly days off, and there is no annual flight ticket as promised. This company is dishonest and misleading — be careful before dealing with them. Plus they don’t have medical insurance Don't let them fool you Apply to another company
