As Canadians seeking sunshine 😉, we came to Dubai for the holidays. Unfortunately, one of our children became seriously ill, so we contacted First Response Healthcare | 24/7 Medical Emergency Service in Dubai. We met Dr. Qamer un Misa Haider, a wonderful and incredibly kind doctor. She diagnosed severe pneumonia and saved our son’s life. We stayed in touch with her throughout his hospitalization. Our other son also became ill, but Dr. Qamer un Misa Haider took care of him immediately. The nurses are exceptional and incredibly kind. They administered intravenous antibiotics and vitamins, performed blood tests, and more. I have never seen such high-quality care. Admittedly, it’s expensive, but that’s because we’re not from the country, which is why travel insurance is so important. We’re so glad we did. Even though we won’t keep all the memories we hoped for from our family trip to Dubai, we will never forget the kindness of this wonderful doctor. I recommend them without hesitation.

Had a really good experience with this service. I was afraid as my daughter (13 months) had a high temperature and wasn’t feeling well. It was easy to get in touch with the company and they helped me right away. Dr. Salama and nurse (I don’t know his name) came to our appartment on time and both of them were very nice and professional. They did a detailed control and explained everything. Also the service after was great- the driver came for the urine test and the company sent me results after few hours and also all needed documents. Had the pleasure of doing a day trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai and our driver Kashan was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect! We were a group of 8 people, so the vehicle for all of us was a mini bus, and it was excellent — punctual, very comfortable, and it even had a trailer attached for all the luggage. Totally worth it, with a very fair price.

I gave 3 yellow stars because the medical clinic smells really pleasant when we enter, which gives a very good first impression. However, the only thing I noticed during our first visit was the lack of signage from the lift to the clinic. The management should consider putting a visible logo or directional sign so first time visitors can easily find the clinic, as we found it a bit difficult to locate the exact clinic without proper signage. Also, when we entered the clinic, the first area we saw was the nursing station instead of the reception, which was a bit confusing for new visitors and when we entered the clinic, no one was at the nursing station, so we waited for someone to assist us because we were not sure if there was a reception area. The reception area was not immediately visible, which was a bit confusing for new patients. We also suggest that the staff should be attentive at all times and greet patients from the reception to the nursing station so patients feel welcomed and assisted right away. My son’s doctor was great, and I can definitely recommend him. We found him very pleasant to talk to, and he made us feel comfortable during the consultation. 2 gray stars for the lack of directional sign and staffs not fully attentive)

I had an excellent experience. It was my wedding week on short notice and the company provided me with very fair prices. Be cautious using other providers as they might try and cheat you. Pilot and Car is well known, trustworthy, and will do their best to give you the best price they can. The car was a high quality BMW 7 series and the driver drove very carefully allowing us to enjoy the moment. The car was extremely clean and well maintained. I highly reccomend their services whether you are a foreigner or a local!

Pilot and Car connected me with a great Chauffeur. We opted for the Rolls Royce, and it came exactly as shown in the photos. Our chauffeur Zeeshan even let us take photos with the car afterwards! He came 15 minutes before the requested time, and we met him outside our terminal. The car is a little older, so if you want something besides the radio selection bring an AUX cord for music. Highly recommend if you have the means, the sound system is top notch. The car itself was extremely spacious and came with new bottles of water and tissues to recover from the flight. A must have smooth ride in style while making the long trek into Dubai from the airport.

Worst doctor I have ever encountered. She never listened to the patient and kept insisting on her own opinion. Her name was Dr. Roofina (GP). Nurses are very good and also Dr Shilpa (GP).
