This is one of the worst companies in Dubai. They promise a 48-hour work schedule in the offer letter, but in reality they force employees to work continuously without proper rest. There is no overtime payment and no food allowance is provided. Staff members are made to work daily shifts of 12–14 hours, with no holidays. The company management also threatens employees by saying they will cancel their visa or mark them as absconding if they complain. Because of these unfair and unethical practices, I strongly advise any nurses or staff who are planning to join this company not to apply.
