We had to do several visits and on every single visit Imran was so incredibly supportive, he really helped a lot in bringing my vision to life. The staff are incredible and the service I received here was like no other, they helped guide me on design options and were constantly receptive to my feedback, making any necessary changes over and over again. This was my first time ordering a bespoke 3 piece suit and shirt and what a positive experience it was. Ishan Nayyar was welcoming, highly knowledgeable and really understood some of the challenges with finding a suit that would suit my body size and shape (plus size and short). He listently intently to my needs and guided me without judgement to what was a fantastic overall product. The whole team kept me informed throughout the process and ensured I got the bespoke suit within my budget. All of this whilst enjoying a holiday in Dubai. They accommodated my needs for trial fitting dates around pre-planned holiday activities. Very professional and quick work. The team reproduced a suit for my wedding based on a design I had and it came out perfect. We tweaked based on small preferences and the team was very accommodating. They also were very transparent about costs of material all throughout. Highly recommended.
