They expected me to accept it, but refused to provide a proper solution. I ended up with neither a usable shirt nor a refund. Waste of time and money. Be cautious about paying upfront, as refunds appear difficult to obtain. Not recommended.

worst tailoring ever. I asked them to tighten my polo shirt and I came back 3 times to ask them to redo. They kept convincing me what shape is right, even when I clearly instructed them where I want to tighten it. It’s my clothes. I dont need them to convince me what shape is nice. This happened with other customers too. If they want to shorten this much they will say oh short like this not good. Like bro it’s my clothes i wear them, who are you to tell me short like this not good???!!!!! And then get very offended because I told them to tighten a bit more or the shape is not to my liking???? Shouldnt your job be solving for what I prefer, tailor to the shape I want? Else why would I pay for your service. So condescending, horrible customer service Also ruined one of my skirt for shortening it too much. What a waste of time and money

I had a very disappointing experience with this tailor. I ordered a custom suit and provided clear instructions for the style and measurements. The first time the suit was made incorrectly and did not match what I ordered. When I returned for correction, the second version was even worse — the measurements were incorrect and the blazer was asymmetrical (the left and right sides were different). Because of these repeated mistakes, I requested a refund for both the fabric and tailoring cost. The staff told me they would speak with the manager and confirmed that I would receive my money back. However, after three days, no one has refunded me and no one is responding to calls or messages. Every time I contact them, I am told someone else will handle it, but no one follows up. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise customers to be cautious before trusting them with custom tailoring.

Beforehand, I communicated with them via WhatsApp regarding the repair, and they always responded promptly to my messages. They assured me that they could accommodate an express same-day repair and even arrange delivery to my hotel. When I arrived, I was assisted immediately. They clearly explained the repair process and confirmed that they could complete the express service on the spot in just 20–30 minutes, instead of delivering it later. The repair was of excellent quality, with precise stitching and an inner patch that closely matched the jeans’ color. I tailored around 10 different pants and was worried they might mess up but the pants turned out great and fit me well. Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5-star rating is because the workers there aren’t exactly the most hospitable. Place feels cramped and messy. But the actual tailoring itself is good.

The quality of the workmanship is excellent — high-quality materials, precise tailoring, and a perfect fit. The suits fit beautifully and look elegant and professional. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality and politeness. When we came to collect the suits and a few final adjustments were being made, we were kindly offered drinks and even sweet Indian snacks during the waiting time — a very thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The service was extremely attentive, the work was completed quickly and reliably, and all arrangements were handled exactly as promised. On top of that, the price–performance ratio is excellent. Overall, an outstanding experience and a clear recommendation for anyone looking for high-quality tailored suits in Dubai!

Excellent quality suits and shirts. I have taken 5 suits in total now & very happy with the quality. Aftercare is great too as they altered all of my suits from them after weight loss and did not charge me. Ismail always provides brilliant service. Highly recommend.

Visited SUITS and SHIRTS Tailors in Dubai, located in Meena Bazar, and had a good experience. Although I did not get any suits made, I was able to see that they have a decent collection of cloth materials with a good range of options to choose from. What stood out was that they also offer customized T-shirts and polo shirts, which is a nice option for anyone looking for something more casual and personalized, not just formal tailoring. The gentleman at the shop was patient, courteous, and helpful. He took the time to show us different materials and options without rushing, which made the visit comfortable and pleasant. Overall, a good place to explore if you are in Meena Bazar and looking for tailoring options, fabric choices, or customized casual wear.

I came here with my friends, we did suits, shirts and pants and we were very happy with the resulta. Good quality, excellent price and the staff is very kind. We had some tea with them and a good time while doing the measurements. Totally recommended.

Needed a fitted suit a week before I was travelling for a wedding, came into their shop not expecting to be able to get something done, but they sure did surprise me! It was my first fitted suit in a while, and they were super helpful when it came down to picking out a color and adding in little nooks and crannies to the overall fit. The results came out great and I’m very pleased with my decision to give them a try. Highly recommend! 🙂
