The best tailor in Dubai! I gave them two jalabiyas to make just two days before Eid and asked if they could at least finish one on time. Surprisingly, they completed both exactly as promised , even 3 hours earlier! The biggest surprise was when I tried them on. The jalabiyas were amazing and exactly how I wanted them. The tailor paid attention to every detail and delivered perfect work. The customer service was also excellent. The men in reception was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Of course, I will definitely come back again and again. Highly recommended!

I tailored around 10 different pants and was worried they might mess up but the pants turned out great and fit me well. Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5-star rating is because the workers there aren’t exactly the most hospitable. Place feels cramped and messy. But the actual tailoring itself is good.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tailorista. The service was extremely unprofessional, and the workmanship was below acceptable standards. Despite clearly explaining my requirements and providing enough time, the final result was poorly finished, ill-fitting, and not at all what I requested. On top of that, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns — there was no effort to fix the issues or offer proper customer support and they made me pay!! I would strongly recommend avoiding Tailorista and instead trying 'Sunbeam Lanka Tailoring' . They provide excellent craftsmanship, timely service, and truly care about customer satisfaction. I had a much better experience there and was very happy with the final result!

Ruined my favorite shirt before heading out to the pub with the boys , luckily lads did the job before I jumped outta shower. Express service at my convenience. Night is saved . Happy days . Highly recommend 👍🏻🫡
