Special thanks to Arun and Adarsh for their excellent service. They were very polite, patient, and helpful. They explained the watches clearly and helped me find a good watch at a good price. Their personality and customer service made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you want good deals and friendly service!

Basel Watch Company is the one of the best shops I liked the most in Dubai Outlet mall. The Sales representatives was so nicely responded to all my queries regarding Clocks and watches. Even though the shop is very small in space, it has nice ambience and is well arranged.
