Very disappointing experience at the Rolex boutique in Dubai Mall. I asked about a specific watch model and colorway, and instead of a professional or respectful response, the sales associate told me that asking for that particular colorway anywhere would be "perceived as a joke." That comment was unnecessary, dismissive, and frankly unprofessional especially for a brand that prides itself on prestige and customer service. There are far better ways to explain availability without belittling a customer. I won’t be returning. For comparison, Rolex London offers significantly better service: polite, informative, and respectful, even when discussing high-demand or limited models. The contrast is night and day. Luxury service should never feel condescending. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark entirely.

Great experience with Rolex Boutique Dubai Mall Grand Atrium, especially with Ei Ei. She was incredibly kind, warm, and genuine throughout the whole experience. For the first time in a Rolex store, we truly felt welcomed and received such pleasant, professional service. Ei Ei helped us find the exact model we wanted and made the entire purchase process smooth and enjoyable. Her attitude and care made this experience very special for us.

I really had the worst ever customer experience, as I walked in, I was greeted in a very rude way by the Russian speaking lady. I immediately walked out. This kind of attitude is very unfortunate and do not represent the brand.

A special mention to Dijiana for getting me 3 pieces in the last 10 months which is truly exceptional. Her client service is impressive and she has always treated me as a VIP client which is highly appreciated. Looking forward to our continued interactions.
