I was really delighted to discover Luxury Souq, where I was able to purchase my first Rolex. Hossein was fantastic with us and professional. I highly recommend this luxury watch shop.

I had the pleasure of buying a luxury watch from here. I was looked after by the enterprising gentleman Mr. Shariff who was exceptional in his attitude and service. Had a small issue with the watch and he offered alternatives and solutions that met my expectation. Overall a great experience which will make me come back for enhancing my personal watch collection from them.

1 star!!! Extremely disappointed with Luxury Souq. In 2022, I bought a Rolex from this boutique and I was specifically told it was a 2022 model. After about 4 years, I took it to a Rolex workshop/service center for routine cleaning and a maintenance check. That’s when I got a shock: the staff checked the watch and informed me that the watch is a 2019 model, not 2022. I asked them to re-check because I couldn’t believe it. Same result again: 2019. I paid based on a 2022 model representation, and finding out years later that the watch is identified as 2019 is unacceptable and feels completely misleading. I’m posting this so other buyers are careful—verify the exact year/model. Where is the trust!!!
