It was affordable and nice. But there was no security on the ice to watch anyone and the shoes were incredibly uncomfortable

We had offer 45 aed per person including access to 2hrs to ice skating with shoes. Shoe man, socks or other services with extra charges if needed. There are different time slots, you have to book the tickets. We made (10-12pm time slot

The ice rink is a great place to spend time, featuring a spacious ring, friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere with fewer crowds. It’s enjoyable for both casual skaters and those who want more room to practice without feeling rushed. However, the skating shoes could use an upgrade, and having an instructor available on the rink to guide beginners would make the experience even better. Overall, I’d rate it 4 out of 5.

The ice was well taken care of, even though we visited during slow season. Big enough for a nice skate with kids. They had right size skates for each of us and the blades were in good shape, but the shoe part of their skates is very tight around ankles - consider bringing your own skates. Skating aids were available, and the staff was really nice and helpful.

The Galleria Ice Rink is a great spot, especially for beginners! It wasn’t very crowded, which made it much easier to practice and enjoy without feeling rushed. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure everyone was comfortable on the ice. Whether you're new to skating or just looking for a less hectic experience, this is a perfect place to visit.

Not very crowded and good prices. It was great for casual skating IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN SKATE SHOES!! However, the skate shoes were the worst I had ever wore, there was a loose metal piece that scratched my heel which made it hard to sleep and to walk for many following days.

Small rink. Lots of children. Music choices are alright. Only one staff manning counter + skate rental. Not too bad for the oldest rink in Dubai
