The worse place to come and play. No management and no one to receive you. The what’s app person you book through is different and the in person manager is different. The in person manager was not at the property so I was talking to a lady online and she was coordinating with the manager who was unavailable and the manager was coordinating with the security. Who eventually after 20 mins took me to the court with no net. Pathetic!

I recently trained at Pro Tennis Academy Dubai and had an incredible experience! The coaches, Sanjeet, Aman, and Dou Dou, are dedicated, skilled, and experienced. They created a positive and motivating environment that helped me improve my tennis game. Sanjeet's knowledge, Aman's personalized approach, and Dou Dou's enthusiasm were exceptional. Think carefully before prepaying for lesson packages. I purchased a 10-lesson package after one trial lesson. During my second lesson, I injured my wrist and required medical imaging (X-ray and MRI). My doctor advised me to stop playing tennis for at least one month. I explained my medical situation and requested a refund for the 8 unused lessons. The school refused, citing their no-refund policy - even for medical reasons with doctor's documentation. The school keeps 100% of prepaid money regardless of circumstances. Once you pay, consider that money non-recoverable. I find this policy extremely unfair, especially given my circumstances. I paid in good faith and cannot use the service due to a medical issue that occurred while taking their lessons. I will not be returning to this school.
