I booked the 2-hour VIP lounge experience and clearly explained that I needed summer clothes for an upcoming holiday. I also mentioned that I didn’t want luxury pieces, as I’m postpartum and my body is still changing. The day before the appointment, I was asked to switch to the Bloomingdale’s personal shopping lounge instead. When I arrived, most of the items had been selected by the Bloomingdale’s team (which I wouldn’t have needed to pay for), and many were unsuitable for summer — wool fabrics, heavy linings, and high-priced items I’d specifically said I didn’t want. The stylist even asked me what the weather would be, which made it obvious she hadn’t read the questionnaire I’d completed. Because of the time lost, we only had the chance to visit one store afterwards, and as someone who is breastfeeding and needed to be home, this completely defeated the purpose of booking a 2-hour VIP experience. Overall, it was really disappointing, and honestly, I would just use Bloomingdale’s personal shopping next time rather than paying for this service.

I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and attention to details I received from StyleDoctors whilst looking for new outfits during my holiday. I now feel more confident with my style choices and would love to do another session soon 🙂

Had a half-day session with Eileen which was absolutely fantastic! She really spent time understanding my needs and selecting very classic pieces that suit me specifically. She created a very cohesive, modern wardrobe while staying true to my style and I am so so excited to try all my new outfits based on what she has taught me.

Had an amazing experience with Style doctors today. Raghda was knowledgeable and recommended really good styles which suited my body shape. Purchased the style which I have never tried before. It’s comfy yet trendy. Can be worn for casual and formal meets. I am happy to add it to my wardrobe.

I had the opportunity to be styled by Lama who was amazing and understood my needs right from the beginning. She guided me and tried challenging me into adding more colours into my wardrobe and exploring new outfits. I was surprised by how well they understood my taste. The team gave me tips on how to accentuate my style and I now know where to shop and I'm more comfortable doing that. All in a all it was a very pleasant session and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs help in elevating their outfits.

I have a busy life, and I rarely go shopping for clothes. When I go shopping, it's a nightmare for me—this time I have to shop for a few business and leisure trips. I thought of having a personal stylist to help me with shopping. I searched on Google, and I found a Style Doctors. I was reluctant to subscribe, given it was my first experience with a stylist, plus I didn’t know the company. I was paired with the stylist Enas. She was a pleasant and vibrant person full of energy and ideas. She made shopping a fun and joyful experience. She keeps giving ideas on picking and matching different pieces into an endless number of ideas for outfits. She makes sure to help me to choose what I like. Now I can tell I have a new wardrobe thanks to Enas : ) I highly recommend her.

Being someone who has never experimented with the outfits and style, having a session with personal stylist is completely a different and wonderful experience. A big shoutout to janet who is such a jolly and vibrant person that along with learning i enjoyed my shopping time in dubai mall. She made me understand about my body type, colors, styles, and how accessories can make or break an outfit. And yes, thanks to her that i did experiment and went out of my comfort zone. Highly recommended and worth every single penny 😇
