I used Maids.cc for the first time with their part-time package (4 hours per visit, 4 visits). Booking was very easy through WhatsApp, and they quickly arranged nanny for the next day. The pricing was clear and their responses were always prompt. Nadia was excellent. She handled laundry, meal prep, and bathroom cleaning with minimal instruction and completed everything professionally. She was efficient and left the kitchen clean after meal prep.

I booked the 2-hour VIP lounge experience and clearly explained that I needed summer clothes for an upcoming holiday. I also mentioned that I didn’t want luxury pieces, as I’m postpartum and my body is still changing. The day before the appointment, I was asked to switch to the Bloomingdale’s personal shopping lounge instead. When I arrived, most of the items had been selected by the Bloomingdale’s team (which I wouldn’t have needed to pay for), and many were unsuitable for summer — wool fabrics, heavy linings, and high-priced items I’d specifically said I didn’t want. The stylist even asked me what the weather would be, which made it obvious she hadn’t read the questionnaire I’d completed. Because of the time lost, we only had the chance to visit one store afterwards, and as someone who is breastfeeding and needed to be home, this completely defeated the purpose of booking a 2-hour VIP experience. Overall, it was really disappointing, and honestly, I would just use Bloomingdale’s personal shopping next time rather than paying for this service.

It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The suit that they made for my wedding was awesome. It was exactly how I envisioned it. It was definitely a perfect suit for my big day. Their staff were also kind and accommodating. I had no problems explaining to them the elements that I wanted for the suit, and they also gave wise recommendations. Overall, I am delighted with my experience at their studio and with the work that they have done on my suit. This studio is very recommendable. Whenever I need a custom suit again, I know who to call.

We ate at The Pods for breakfast and had a great experience. The breakfast platter was very affordable at only 49 AED, and the food was really good and worth the price. However, I have one small comment. The inside of the pods could use some renovation. There are noticeable stains on the walls, possibly from rain, and it takes away from the nice view of the place. Because of this, it was also hard to take good photos inside. Still, the food was excellent, and we enjoyed a quick breakfast dine-in. Also, big kudos to our waiter Layro. My friend and I felt a bit bad for him because it was very hot outside and he was running around taking orders between the pods, but he still managed to give us very good service. Great job, Layro!

The experience in the pods was honestly beautiful. The location was perfectly set, with a red carpet that instantly made it feel special. Each pod had cute bows matching the Christmas theme, and the Christmas tree added a lovely festive touch. The food made it even better. The raspberry lemon drink was super refreshing. The starters really stood out—Kung Pao chicken and the sushi rolls were amazing. I also finally learned how to use chopsticks here, which made the experience even more fun 😄 The main course didn’t disappoint either. The Thai green curry was comforting and full of flavour. The chicken dish with rice was slightly spicy, with peanuts, capsicum, and veggies—really delicious and felt healthy too. Though we thought breakfast are included with tea or coffee that is why we went here. This is a downside as drinks are quite expensive. Service is great.

I’ve had such a lovely time in this apartment. It feels like home. Everything is nearby. The neighborhood is calm and respectful. Zabeel Ibrahim is the best, he assisted me with everything, even when I thought my questions were stupid, he assisted me without making me less of.
