I found this studio through a quick Google search. As soon as I saw the positive reviews, I immediately booked an appointment in their Business Bay studio. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The suit that they made for my wedding was awesome. It was exactly how I envisioned it. It was definitely a perfect suit for my big day. Their staff were also kind and accommodating. I had no problems explaining to them the elements that I wanted for the suit, and they also gave wise recommendations. Overall, I am delighted with my experience at their studio and with the work that they have done on my suit. This studio is very recommendable. Whenever I need a custom suit again, I know who to call.

I booked the 2-hour VIP lounge experience and clearly explained that I needed summer clothes for an upcoming holiday. I also mentioned that I didn’t want luxury pieces, as I’m postpartum and my body is still changing. The day before the appointment, I was asked to switch to the Bloomingdale’s personal shopping lounge instead. When I arrived, most of the items had been selected by the Bloomingdale’s team (which I wouldn’t have needed to pay for), and many were unsuitable for summer — wool fabrics, heavy linings, and high-priced items I’d specifically said I didn’t want. The stylist even asked me what the weather would be, which made it obvious she hadn’t read the questionnaire I’d completed. Because of the time lost, we only had the chance to visit one store afterwards, and as someone who is breastfeeding and needed to be home, this completely defeated the purpose of booking a 2-hour VIP experience. Overall, it was really disappointing, and honestly, I would just use Bloomingdale’s personal shopping next time rather than paying for this service.

After you have initially filled out your preferences on their website to tailor your box to your style, just sit back and wait for the box to arrive. Opening the box is like having a present on your birthday! Simply take what you want and return what you don’t, it is that easy. Stylists are only a message away and are always keen to tailor boxes to suit your preferences or special requests. Kudos to Vlad and his team for providing this first class type of service! Andreea did my colour matching early this week and she was amazing! I was surprised at the outcome and found it really interested. The fact she has 20 years of experience definitely shows through her work.

Horrible. Everything goes right until it doesnt, then its a train wreck. I came in for a styling session and was hesitant about buying a pair of pants. My stylist reasured me, if not satisfied I could exchange. When I reached out to exchange the piece because indeed the pants were faulty, they then claimed this request needs to be ‘reviewed and approved by customer service’ and was under process. I havent heard a worde since and Its been about a month despite multiple follow ups with my stylist as well as customer service with nothing but the empty promise someone will get in touch (or total silence with no reply) and no one ever does. It goes to show, they’re happy to take your money but couldnt care less once they have it. Whats worse, they still send me ads for placing an order for a new box when they still refuse to process my exchange. Its not even a refund (which they dont do btw) Absolute joke of a business and business model. This was a 700 dirham lesson learned. Never again.
