Dubai International Airport is truly impressive. I had a connecting flight from Dubai to London Gatwick, and the entire transit experience was smooth and stress-free. The airport is spotless, easy to navigate, and very well organised, even during busy hours. There are plenty of food and shopping options, and the overall atmosphere makes long layovers comfortable. It sets a very high standard for international airports and makes travelling feel effortless.

Great airport! There are lounging chairs for those long layovers and wonderful stores and restaurants. There is a bus to take you to the different terminals with spectacular views at night. Hope to come back soon!

I had an excellent experience. It was my wedding week on short notice and the company provided me with very fair prices. Be cautious using other providers as they might try and cheat you. Pilot and Car is well known, trustworthy, and will do their best to give you the best price they can. The car was a high quality BMW 7 series and the driver drove very carefully allowing us to enjoy the moment. The car was extremely clean and well maintained. Pilot and Car connected me with a great Chauffeur. We opted for the Rolls Royce, and it came exactly as shown in the photos. Our chauffeur Zeeshan even let us take photos with the car afterwards! He came 15 minutes before the requested time, and we met him outside our terminal. The car is a little older, so if you want something besides the radio selection bring an AUX cord for music. Highly recommend if you have the means, the sound system is top notch. The car itself was extremely spacious and came with new bottles of water and tissues to recover from the flight. A must have smooth ride in style while making the long trek into Dubai from the airport.

For a company that markets itself as a high-end service, they failed on every single level. ​The Arrival: I booked this service specifically for the «reliability» promised on their site. The driver was 25 minutes late with no phone call or update. I nearly missed my flight/event because of their lack of basic punctuality. ​Vehicle Condition: When the car finally arrived, it was far from «luxury.» The interior smelled of stale smoke, the floorboards hadn’t been vacuumed, and there were visible stains on the leather. I’ve had cleaner rides in basic Ubers. ​Professionalism: The driver was incredibly dismissive when I pointed out the delay. No apology, no offer to help with luggage—just a bad attitude the entire trip. ​Bottom Line: You are paying a premium price for a sub-par experience. Do yourself a favor and book with a company that actually values its customers’ time and money. I will never use NSB again.

Such a scam. I wired them the payment to assist my clients. On top of making communication very difficult, they did not assist and claimed they did not receive the wire I sent two weeks in advance. After initiating a chase to get my money back, it took six months and hundreds of emails and threats to finally get a refund. In the end, I wired them $2,227.43 USD and got back $2,063.29. They took a fee. Unacceptable. For what it’s worth, they should have paid me a fee for wasting so much of my time on their useless service. Do yourself a favor and book with more reliable companies, as AlMajlis is not the only one assisting at Dubai Airport.

I’m very disappointed with the service. After we arrived, we were told to wait, but then the staff left us without any explanation. Our driver waited for half an hour, which showed a clear lack of coordination between the staff. When someone finally came, we were taken outside and asked to wait for «two minutes,» but the staff member disappeared again. I had to go and search for him myself. It seems they try to collect multiple people and then forget about others, leaving customers waiting inside the airport with no communication. Very poor organization and unprofessional service.

Driver no-show, 30+ minutes wasted at midnight with a toddler. Pre-booked executive people carrier with child seat for our midnight arrival. The problems started immediately: 1. Misleading instructions: I was told name boards aren’t allowed in Terminal 3 arrivals. False — I saw plenty of drivers holding them. Even a simple company name sign would have saved us. 2. Near-impossible to find: No clear directions to the meeting point. We wandered the terminal with a tired 3-year-old trying to locate them. 3. Driver already gone: When we finally found the Connexion representative, our assigned driver had left. The Booking.com app still showed the trip as «ongoing» — completely useless. 4. Empty promises: «5-7 minutes» for a replacement car. Then another 5 minutes. Then they admitted they were scrambling to find any vehicle with a child seat. 5. We weren’t alone: Several other passengers were also standing around waiting for their cars. This wasn’t a one-off — it’s clearly how they operate. After 30+ minutes of this — exhausted after a 7-hour flight, with a tired toddler at 2 AM — we gave up and took the first taxi we could find. I pre-booked specifically to avoid this kind of chaos. Complete failure of service. Requesting full refund.

Had a very good car and a professional driver provided . All sorted . Even the bottle of water was there at my seat. The driver was safe and accommodating . Will definitely use this company again .

Oh my god the car that was sent to us for the first time shakes while driving, hot, old car, small. The driver is great but the car wasnt. I paid for a car but didnt get what was expected. We paid for a larger car with 7 persons and 7 bags. They persisted on asking me how many bags and person and even then they sent me a smaller car!!!! Why did I pay for a larger car? A good car! Very disappointing airport pickup experience in Dubai. The driver did not wait for us in the arrival hall as expected. Instead, we were asked to walk all the way to another building while pulling all our luggage. They only sent us a video to follow, which was confusing and very inconvenient after a long flight. The whole experience was poorly organized, stressful, and far from the professional airport pickup service we expected.

Booked an airport transfer through booking.com and this was by far the worst airport transfer I ever experienced. They say they can’t hold a sign in the arrival terminal, but that is not true. They can not put names, but they can put their own company name! We had to walk very far (15 minutes). We were provided instructions via whatsapp, but even the instructions were not clear. It said that at the elevator the representative will be there, but that was not true. Then we had to keep waiting for our driver (more than 30 minutes). Even though we arrived on time and they kept telling us «my colleague is coming in a few minutes». Upon asking multiple times again, we were ignored! Very rude staff. After reading the other reviews, I really urge everybody to please report this company to booking.com because they are unworthy to be their transfer partner.

Absolutely do NOT book the shuttle with this agency. My arrival flight to Dubai was delayed by 3 hours. I informed them one day in advance, yet they still showed up at the wrong time, following the original flight schedule instead of the updated one. I had to pay a taxi myself…. No refund was issued, and their attitude on WhatsApp was arrogant and unprofessional. If you don’t want to risk being left stranded, choose another agency.

Amazing! I first used them through a package holiday and because I was pleased with the service and how great the drivers were, I booked an airport transfer myself. Awful experience. Upon our arrival the driver turned up with 1 car seat instead of 2 and said our 3 year didn’t need one despite us booking one. The return to the airport was horrendous. Old car seats the driver had no idea how to fit. His driving was so reckless I felt sick with nerves the whole drive. He laughed when I asked him to slow down. It’s like he was trying to drive as fast and reckless as possible. Whole ordeal was terrifying with a baby and toddler in the car, please avoid!

Avoid at all costs. I made a transfer booking on booking.com which was assigned to them. The booking was with flight tracking and 45 minute wait time. Instead they have a rep at the airport herding passengers and only assigning a driver once you meet the rep leading to a ridiculous wait time. To make matters worse the other agent (not the rep) and the head office rep were extremely rude blatantly said they take a taxi and not interested in acknowledging their incompetence. Very rude pls stay away!!!!!!

We had our hotel/airport transfer arranged with City Guide by our booking agency. They maintained excellent communication with me about the booking and were happy to answer any queries. It was easy to locate the driver on arrival, and the transfer was on time each way. On our return transfer back to the airport, the driver maintained great communication via WhatsApp to let us know when he had set off/arrived. We got to the airport early in good time thanks to the great service we had. The drivers both ways were polite and professional and provided a great service. The cars were clean and well maintained. We would definitely rebook with city guide in future.

I had the worst experience with City Guide Taxi Service. I rely on taxis for timely transportation, but this service has been nothing but a headache. My driver was almost 45 minutes late this time, and it’s not the first time this has happened. The lack of punctuality is completely unacceptable, and it’s incredibly frustrating when you have plans to stick to. I tried calling to check on the status, but the customer service was just as unhelpful and dismissive as the drivers. No explanation, no apology, just a bunch of excuses. At this point, it seems like they don’t value their customers’ time at all. I definitely won’t be using them again. If you’re looking for a reliable, on-time taxi service, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

We used this service last night . The driver wanted to pick us up late . When I said we had to be there 3 hrs prior to departure, the driver was rude and sarcastic . He then proceeded to drive recklessly at speed to the airport whilst texting on his phone . My teenage daughter with me was absolutely terrified ! Avoid at all costs ! Terrible , unsafe driving and service . I won’t use again .
