I’m very disappointed with the service. After we arrived, we were told to wait, but then the staff left us without any explanation. Our driver waited for half an hour, which showed a clear lack of coordination between the staff. When someone finally came, we were taken outside and asked to wait for "two minutes," but the staff member disappeared again. I had to go and search for him myself. It seems they try to collect multiple people and then forget about others, leaving customers waiting inside the airport with no communication. Very poor organization and unprofessional service.

Driver no-show, 30+ minutes wasted at midnight with a toddler. Pre-booked executive people carrier with child seat for our midnight arrival. The problems started immediately: 1. Misleading instructions: I was told name boards aren't allowed in Terminal 3 arrivals. False — I saw plenty of drivers holding them. Even a simple company name sign would have saved us. 2. Near-impossible to find: No clear directions to the meeting point. We wandered the terminal with a tired 3-year-old trying to locate them. 3. Driver already gone: When we finally found the Connexion representative, our assigned driver had left. The Booking.com app still showed the trip as "ongoing" — completely useless. 4. Empty promises: "5-7 minutes" for a replacement car. Then another 5 minutes. Then they admitted they were scrambling to find any vehicle with a child seat. 5. We weren't alone: Several other passengers were also standing around waiting for their cars. This wasn't a one-off — it's clearly how they operate. After 30+ minutes of this — exhausted after a 7-hour flight, with a tired toddler at 2 AM — we gave up and took the first taxi we could find. I pre-booked specifically to avoid this kind of chaos. Complete failure of service. Requesting full refund.

Had a very good car and a professional driver provided . All sorted . Even the bottle of water was there at my seat. The driver was safe and accommodating . Will definitely use this company again .

Oh my god the car that was sent to us for the first time shakes while driving, hot, old car, small. The driver is great but the car wasnt. I paid for a car but didnt get what was expected. We paid for a larger car with 7 persons and 7 bags. They persisted on asking me how many bags and person and even then they sent me a smaller car!!!! Why did I pay for a larger car? A good car! What a disappointment

Very disappointing airport pickup experience in Dubai. The driver did not wait for us in the arrival hall as expected. Instead, we were asked to walk all the way to another building while pulling all our luggage. They only sent us a video to follow, which was confusing and very inconvenient after a long flight. The whole experience was poorly organized, stressful, and far from the professional airport pickup service we expected.

Booked an airport transfer through booking.com and this was by far the worst airport transfer I ever experienced. They say they can’t hold a sign in the arrival terminal, but that is not true. They can not put names, but they can put their own company name! We had to walk very far (15 minutes). We were provided instructions via whatsapp, but even the instructions were not clear. It said that at the elevator the representative will be there, but that was not true. Then we had to keep waiting for our driver (more than 30 minutes). Even though we arrived on time and they kept telling us "my colleague is coming in a few minutes". Upon asking multiple times again, we were ignored! Very rude staff. After reading the other reviews, I really urge everybody to please report this company to booking.com because they are unworthy to be their transfer partner.

Absolutely do NOT book the shuttle with this agency. My arrival flight to Dubai was delayed by 3 hours. I informed them one day in advance, yet they still showed up at the wrong time, following the original flight schedule instead of the updated one. I had to pay a taxi myself…. No refund was issued, and their attitude on WhatsApp was arrogant and unprofessional. If you don’t want to risk being left stranded, choose another agency.
