We are deeply disappointed by the lack of consideration shown to regular clients by the Majlis service. Our VIP guest expressed significant frustration and dissatisfaction with the handling of our situation. While we understand that decisions are based on terms and conditions, we believe that the value of longstanding relationships with loyal clients should be recognized and taken into account. Unfortunately, this experience has left us dissatisfied and will be reflected in our review. The duty manager is Amjad.

Worst VIP Service Experience! Very hard to communicate. 4 months waiting for a refund – still nothing!Dubai Airport's VIP service has ignored my emails unless you send formal complaint email they will reply you and keeps passing the blame between departments, just waste your energy . Terrible customer service – avoid unless you enjoy wasting time and money!

Very bad service in night i hade experience staff was untrained was duty manager or night manager Abdulla another one tall bangali person was so rude to me so badly behaved

Such a scam. I wired them the payment to assist my clients. On top of making communication very difficult, they did not assist and claimed they did not receive the wire I sent two weeks in advance. After initiating a chase to get my money back, it took six months and hundreds of emails and threats to finally get a refund. In the end, I wired them $2,227.43 USD and got back $2,063.29. They took a fee. Unacceptable. For what it's worth, they should have paid me a fee for wasting so much of my time on their useless service. Do yourself a favor and book with more reliable companies, as AlMajlis is not the only one assisting at Dubai Airport.
