Very Bad Customer Service I had a terrible experience with Smart Home Technology. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and the sales staff did not handle the process professionally. There were numerous delays, and appointments were never on time. Once they received the payment, their level of service significantly declined, with no proper follow-up or attention to detail. One major issue was the lack of guidance on where to place switches and devices. I was told it was my responsibility to inform the staff about the placements, even after ordering a large number of switches of various types. This left me confused and frustrated, as I expected the installation team to be organized and aware of what was discussed during the first site visit. Furthermore, some switches and devices were missing during the first installation. When I inquired about it, I was informed that they were either forgotten or not recorded correctly. This forced me to reorder, wait another month, and pay more money. I definitely do not recommend this company. The service quality is poor, and the lack of organization and communication made the whole experience frustrating and costly.

The workers are very skilled and tell me whenever they will come. Also, the showroom and the factory is very neat. I like the designs. The materials also good. Their coffee machine is very nice.

Honestly i would say that the quality of devices and services provided is one of the best in the market. The fact that the company has many projects delivered is great especially with using familiar systems and well know brands. Signed a contact with them for my villa: – In terms of cost of smart system they were reasonable – In terms of WIFI , Intercoms and CCTV the cost was very high and the quality was low to average ( I had to upgrade and replace it after one year) – In terms of sales staff they were very good. – In terms of the technical staff, the technicians at site and the maintenance staff are good – In terms of installation at site had an issue with one of the light circuits ( the cost of diagnosis is 2500 +cost to replace the module) – In terms of maintinance cost it is high even for a diagnosis visit. My recommendation: – include extended warranty and maintenance for 5 years as this system is used to control many important features such as lighting & AC – ensure the cost of each major component or part is mentioned (not only quantity)
