Very Bad Customer Service I had a terrible experience with Smart Home Technology. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and the sales staff did not handle the process professionally. There were numerous delays, and appointments were never on time. Once they received the payment, their level of service significantly declined, with no proper follow-up or attention to detail. One major issue was the lack of guidance on where to place switches and devices. I was told it was my responsibility to inform the staff about the placements, even after ordering a large number of switches of various types. This left me confused and frustrated, as I expected the installation team to be organized and aware of what was discussed during the first site visit. Furthermore, some switches and devices were missing during the first installation. When I inquired about it, I was informed that they were either forgotten or not recorded correctly. This forced me to reorder, wait another month, and pay more money. I definitely do not recommend this company. The service quality is poor, and the lack of organization and communication made the whole experience frustrating and costly.

Great service. Had a biometric door lock fitted. Helped identify the right one for my requirements and the guys that fitted it were efficient and helpful in explaining how it all work. Will use them again

Engineer Manal is very professional. I learned a lot from her. The receptionist is good also, very responsive. The office staff treat me nice also. The workers are very skilled and tell me whenever they will come. Also, the showroom and the factory is very neat. I like the designs. The materials also good. Their coffee machine is very nice.

These guys are awesome! We inherited quite an old system but wanted to add some additional cameras and other stuff. The guys delivered everything we wanted over two days and went the extra mile to fix a few other things well into the evening of the second day. Well done and many thanks indeed!
