I came across this watch store while trying to find somewhere to fix my Chopard watch. This store was highly recommended but I didn’t know what to expect. Upon entering I was greeted by really professional guys, no one was pushy to buy anything . I found this approach really refreshing. The older man in the store fixed my watch in 10 minutes - whereas another store on the ground floor told me they would have to send my watch away and pick up the following week which was not ideal and I said no. Here , the man was very thorough and I left with my watch completely fixed. They have a good selection of Rolex watches and when I am ready for a new watch I will only come here.
