Only number provided goes to a random person in Madrid who says to email, which I did and did not get a response. You are better off going with the hotel transfer.

The driver arrived at the appointed place on time, the car was new, clean, exactly as ordered. I would absolutely not recommend this service. Our driver was a no show at the airport. We waited at the pickup area for 20 minutes on the phone to various people at the company and with three tired children. We were eventually reallocated a driver. The walk from the meeting area to the car was 15 minutes and the car we had was old with barely working air conditioning. The experience was so bad we cancelled our return leg that night and ordered an Uber lux for the return journey (which was seamless).
